Founded in 2009 by our visionary director, Mr. Udayappa Muthu, M-Stars Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd has grown into a trusted leader in the construction industry. With over 30 years of expertise, our director has led the team in delivering innovative, high-quality solutions across government, commercial, and industrial projects. His extensive experience spans in PUB mechanical, electrical, and ICA works, as well as plumbing, sanitary, and fire protection systems, ensuring excellence in every project we undertake.

In 2015, we expanded our capabilities by incorporating mechanical and electrical supplies, securing a dealership with Kasco Marine, a leading supplier of high-quality aeration systems. This partnership enabled us to provide state-of-the-art solutions for water management and environmental sustainability.

In 2024, we further diversified our portfolio by partnering with Rapid Flood Barrier Systems for effective flood mitigation solutions and Eden Tech SRL for advanced heavy machinery. These strategic collaborations address the growing need for reliable flood control systems and cutting-edge lifting solutions in an ever-evolving infrastructure landscape.
