Established in 2009 by Director Mr. Udayappa Muthu, M-Stars Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd is a trusted source of plumbing, sanitary, gas, fire protection system and Mechanical & Electrical Engineering EPC contracts.
Based in Singapore, we provide high quality workmanship with our staff trained and certified, Public Utilities Board (PUB).
Under the guidance of a management team with over 30 years in the industry, M-Stars Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd has undertaken a wide variety of projects and are experienced in providing timely service with a dedication to technical specifications.
In 2015, we expanded our capabilities to include Mechanical and Electrical equipment supply, installation and related services. In conjunction to our new service, we have dealership with Kasco Marine, a high quality Aeration system supplier, to provide a one-stop solution for our clients.
Mr. Udayappa Muthu received his qualification for Licensed plumber from PUB in 2000 where he excelled in his training. He then went on to gain an excellent collection of hands-on-experience for site installation works in addition to his qualifications and theoretical expertise. In 2009, he founded M-Stars Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd. As Managing Director, he spearheaded the company direction by implementing customer-oriented, top and prompt quality service to all their clients. He led a team of committed staff by adhering to strict training programs and obtained ISO 9001:2015 and OHSAS 45001:2018 for the Company.
He chairs the committee for Project Management, Planning and Design, and workplace Safety and Health in the company. He also manages all project execution within a timely, safety and quality expectation.
Mr. Udayappa Muthu implements a strong strategy for the company by investing in Human Resources, equipment and training for all his staffs and workers. He is heavily involved in Business Development and manpower projection in a bid to serve all their clients within the shortest period of expectation.
He launched a policy of timely progress reporting, coordination and attends regular meetings with clients, contractors and authorities in order to have first-hand information and immediate response.
He is also involved in all engineering design and technical calculation and purchasing process by ensuring that proper, accurate and quality materials and equipment are selected for respective projects.
Mr. Udayappa Muthu’s emphasis on strong team support and co-operation is key in his drive to complete all tasks within client’s expectations and believes in adhering to the golden rule of placing his customers first.
With over 32 years of experience in the construction industry, Mr. M P Arun is a veteran in his field. He has two decades worth of involvement in Singapore’s Construction Industry and has expertise in Commercial, Residential and Factory Buildings, including 15 years of experience with water and waste water treatment plant projects.
Mr. M P Arun has a Bachelor degree in Engineering (Civil) and Masters in Engineering (Structures).
With over 27 years of experience in the construction industry, Mr. M P Arun is a veteran in his field. He has two decades worth of involvement in Singapore’s Construction Industry and has expertise in Commercial, Residential and Factory Buildings, including 10 years of experience with water and waste water treatment plant projects.
His leadership is key in steering the company to greater heights and he believes in providing clients with high quality service. He ensures timely project completion, a compliance to technical specifications and safety standards as he attended Construction Safety Course for Project Managers and Confined Space Accessor course.
He is well versed in Aeration systems for reservoirs and waterways – Superpulsators, clarifiers and sand filters – and is experienced in EPC projects. His knowledge in Aeration systems paved the way for a successful dealership with Kasco Marine, expanding M-Stars Engineering & Construction’s service capabilities and product line.
In addition to his impressive portfolio, his vast experience makes him strong and diverse in technical knowledge. As an operations Director, his familiarity in Singapore’s Construction industry is paramount in the company’s success as a relatively young company.
